The artwork presented in the Original Art collection is created by human artists, not generated by artificial intelligence. Each listing identifies the artist when known and may include photographs of the front, signature, reverse, frame, and condition details.

Open the artwork’s page and use its inquiry button, or send a message through the Contact page. Include the title of the artwork and your location. Availability, price, payment, packing, insurance, shipping, delivery, or local pickup can then be confirmed before a sale is completed.

Condition describes the visible state of the artwork and frame, including known wear, aging, repairs, or other notable details. Provenance is the known history of ownership, creation, exhibition, or documentation connected to the piece.

ShopHenCo shares the information reasonably available for each work. Buyers should review all photographs and descriptions and ask questions before purchasing.

Current prices are shown on the product page or the outside seller’s checkout page. Prices, promotions, shipping charges, taxes, and availability can change, so review the final details before completing a purchase.

Digital sales are generally final after the file, download link, or access has been delivered because a digital item cannot be physically returned. If a file is defective, duplicated, or inaccessible, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to correct the problem.
